Potato Salad

6 cups finely chopped cooked potato 
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk or sour cream
3 hard boiled eggs
1 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
¼ cup sliced radish
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 

While potatoes are still warm toss with salt, pepper and celery seed. Combine (½ cup) mayonnaise and dil or sour cream and add to potatoes. Chill. Add eggs, remaining vegetables and (¼ cup) mayonnaise. Mix and chill thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Makes 6 servings.
