2 cups mashed potatoes
4 cups flour
¼ cup oil
1 tbsp. salt
Cook 4 medium potatoes and mash. Mix in 4 c. flour, eggs, ¼ oil and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rest 30 minutes. Roll our thinly on floured board. Cut thinly and put in rapidly boiling water. Cook for 7 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Drain well.
Serving suggestion: 1. Chop 2 large onions and fry in 1 cup butter or margarine. Add noodles and heat to serving temperature.
Serving suggestion: 2. Add to vegetable or meat soup.
Serving suggestion: 3. Serve on a bed of sauerkraut.
Serving suggestion: 4. Add tomato sauce. heat and serve.
